one piece, three ways: "sawyer" farm table

When it comes to farm tables it's all about versatility. Dining tables, favor displays, dessert set-ups: you name it, the farm table can pull it off. And the great thing about our "Sawyer" Farm Table is that it's rustic yet classic at the same time. It's beautiful walnut stained top and white washed legs will look right at home at an elegant, outdoor Napa Valley dinner and equally as wonderful at a casual backyard fete. And the fact that it's handcrafted from reclaimed California barn wood makes it even more fabulous in my book! If you are a eco-conscious couple planning your big day, you don't get much greener than that!

The photos above show just a few ways the Sawyer farm table has been used in the past...

1. At Kendelle and Scott's Napa wedding last fall we made it into a favor display and guest book table. Kendelle and Scott spent weeks making and canning jam for their guests so we wanted to turn all of their hard work into a beautiful display. Their guest book, which you can see here, was hand drawn by the groom who just happens to be an animator for Disney (along with Kendelle)!

2. The Sawyer farm table has also been used as a dining table on a number of occasions. In one of our most recent photoshoots, which you can see in the latest issue of Mag Rouge, we covered the farm table in vintage inspired tableware and gorgeous poppies. White, mismatched chairs kept the look eclectic and casual.

3. One of our most beloved memories of this particular farm table is from our own wedding, where we used it for our dessert display.  Chock full of delicious Susie Cakes creations and styled by the always fabulous Enjoy Events Co. we love the way it turned out!

Are you planning to incorporate a farm table into your next event? If so, how do you plan to use it? We'd love to hear your ideas! And of course if you find yourself stumped you can always contact us for a styling consult! We'd love to help you brainstorm!
